ATTENTION BOBCAT SUPPORTERS!!!!!
We would like to make you aware of a special opportunity that has a small window. The Berryville School District has established the Berryville Athletic Hall of Fame. It will begin recognition this Fall at the 1st home football game of every year (Sept. 6, 2024). It will include the recognition of the inductees on the field at halftime then on Saturday we will have a casual, inexpensive breakfast in the High School cafeteria before proceeding into the Berryville Performing Arts Center for the formal ceremony and induction of the award winners. The inaugural inductees for 2024 into the Hall of Fame are: Jack Edens, Ronnie Clark, Joe Mills, JoAnn Clark and Tom Ginn.
One of the unique things we are doing is putting together an endowment for the Hall of Fame, so that this program will last in perpetuity and will never be a financial burden on the school or athletic department. We set a goal to find 25 people that will give a $1000 gift to place in this fund. We have reached our fundraising efforts and now want to ensure that all the individuals and companies that want to participate in this program are informed of this one-time opportunity. We will have a large permanent plaque placed in the west foyer area of Bobcat Arena that will describe the Hall of Fame and display all of these “Founding Funders” who participated in the endowment. Once we order the plaque at the end of June, this naming recognition will not be available again.
If you have an interest in this opportunity, know somebody who might be interested or want more information on this project, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please feel free to contact us at: Dean Lee, 870- 243-0800, deanlee6377@gmail.com. Again, we greatly appreciate all you do for the Berryville School District and the Bobcat Athletic Program and look forward to establishing the Berryville Athletic Hall of Fame.

Bobcat Families, We want to inform you that we have had a bus accident on 21 South. There are no serious injuries reported. School officials are on scene and working to notify families.
Update: Mercy Hospital Berryville has received all 15 students and the driver involved in today's school bus accident. One child received treatment for a minor injury, and all others are being evaluated as a precaution.
We are thankful for #BobcatNation school nurses and their efforts to meet the needs of today’s students by providing and advocating for quality student-centered care and who contribute to our local communities by supporting students to
stay healthy, in school, safe, and ready to learn, and keeping parents and guardians at work.

Soccer State Tournament Time!!!

Just one blistering sunburn in childhood or adolescence may double the chances of developing melanoma later in life.
At the State Board of Education's February meeting, Miss Arkansas Teen, Mallory Stuckey, a student at Rison High School, shared her concerns about the sun's effects on unprotected skin and requested that the board declare May 6-May 10 as Sun Safety Week. Miss Stuckey again appeared before the State Board of Education at its meeting on April 11, 2024, where the board signed the declaration.
As we get closer to Summer Break - We want to share these good reminders with our Bobcat Families!

School Lunch Hero Day provides the perfect opportunity to recognize the hardworking professionals in our school cafeterias.
Thank you for taking care of #BobcatNation!
