MONDAY: May 7 :
Miss Garner’s Class will
lead the Pledge of allegiance.
MS Band ~ 7:00 P.M. in the Bobcat Arena. Adults $5 ticket
gets you in to one, two or all three spring concerts. School students and younger
are free.
Jesus Jammers (children’s
choir at Freeman Heights Baptist Church) 3:30 P.M. Please
turn your permission slip into the office and meet your ride in first grade
hall when you are dismissed from class.

GENERAL
INFORMATION:
Parents
are reminded…the doors open at 7:45 P.M.
Bells ring as follows: K-2 the first bell rings at 8:10 A.M. , the tardy bell rings at 8:15 A.M. Students arriving after the tardy bell should
have a parent come to the office and fill out a tardy slip. Parents are asked to send a note when their
child is absent. Please send a doctor’s
note if applicable.

Car Rider Parents:
In order to keep our students safe, please pick up a car tag. Hang the tag on the rear view mirror in your
car. Remain in your vehicle until child
is sent to your car. Thank You!
Inclement
weather:
To assure you are aware of any cancellations ALWAYS listen to the Radio
(KTHS) Station, Springfield, Missouri T.V. Stations during inclement weather
conditions. The Radio station will
announce ALL Early Dismissals due to the weather, and they will also announce
when school resumes after cancellations.
All
outside doors, except the main doors to the office, should be kept locked for
safety purposes.
Students should be taught NOT to open the doors for an adult (other than
a teacher or principal they know). All
visitors should check in at the office and pick up a visitor’s badge to wear.
BOX
TOPS FOR EDUCATION ~ We are still collecting “ Box Tops for Education” coupons (found on most General
Mills products). Please send them to the
Elementary office.
